Rachael was so above and beyond amazing! I booked Charmed Beauty for my bridal hair and my bridesmaids', mom's, and aunts' hair. Not only is she just genuinely the sweetest woman (with the most adorable fam, btw), but she's also incredible at doing hair. She did my trial, which was so fabulous, and left me feeling completely prepared and ready for the big day. Then, when some of my curly-headed bridesmaids (my hair is stick-straight) started stressing that she wouldn't deal with curls as well, she went back and forth over emails and texts going way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure every girl knew they would be cared for. Day of, she and her assistant were absolutely fabulous, made everyone feel so stunning and special, and had such a sunny attitude through it all, too. I didn't have a great experience with all my vendors, and will be leaving reviews for those I'm not gushing about as well, but I can with complete confidence recommend Rachael and Charmed Beauty to everyone!!!
