  i started here four years ago, just after my 40th birthday. never lifted weights before, never went to a gym, none of that stuff. gotta say, this place is awesome. no meatheads, no pretense, just a great place where people come to throw down, work hard, and have fun. the coaches are cool and down to earth, and the folks that come here are easygoing. i consider this place a big part of my denver community, and i am the better in many ways for being a part of it.
