  My hair has never felt or looked so good! Thank you Tim for taking the time to understand my hair, for asking direct questions and for being honest. I'm in my mid 40's and have an issue with gray hair....so I color my hair (from a box at the grocery store) myself in between salon visits. Tim explained to me the reason this was bad bad bad. I loved his professional perspective and never felt shamed for my box color mistake. The salon is neat and tidy and he offered me a beverage. I got the cut I wanted and am so happy with it. I will say he recommends his products and talks about how they work with the color he just used.....The prices are not the bad and if they help promote good hair and longer stay on color it'll be worth it. Thanks Tim, I;ll see you soon!
