The real problem is how they treat their customers. This business has no integrity, and is purely looking for money. If you are 15 minutes late, they take full payment of your massage and don't let you reschedule. That's excessive. They could reschedule you for a 45 minute and pay the therapist the remaining. The other issue was when I cancelled my membership over the phone. They knew I was cancelling but kept charging me until I signed their form. As a business owner, I would never continue to charge a customer who verbally told me over the phone that they wanted to cancel their plan. I cancelled verbally in March and they continued to charge me until may and only called me when my card stopped working. The worst part is that when I explained this to them, and they even remembered me cancelling in may over the phone, they had no integrity to give me a discount or anything.
